Project Overview
AIAI Match is an interactive educational mobile app created for the Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians (AIAI). The project blends memory-match gameplay with cultural learning, allowing players to discover stories, traditions, and context connected to Indigenous communities in an engaging, accessible format.
My Contributions
- Delivered the project solo end-to-end for AIAI, handling planning, development, polish, and release preparation.
- Built core gameplay loops and progression systems in Unity using C#.
- Implemented a UI-heavy architecture with an MVC approach and a simple stack-based system to manage page flow and navigation.
- Designed mobile-first UX and touch interactions, then prepared builds for Android and iOS distribution.
- Established a future-ready content direction to support topic expansion through external data sources connected via Firebase.
